Villa St. Joseph is committed to “excellence in compassionate care.” As part of that effort, all staff members are expected to comply with Corporate Compliance policies, Standards of Behavior, and Code of Ethics. Staff receive training on these topics at orientation and annually. Any staff member who witnesses an action that does not comply with these standards or reasonably suspects that standards have been violated, the staff is expected to report it in a timely manner so that the appropriate action can be taken, including process improvement.
