Reporting Concerns

Every staff member is encouraged to address any concerns through our open-door policy! We encourage the use of the chain of command by employees with concerns addressed with their direct supervisor first.  If unresolved,  then they should meet with their department manager and finally with the Executive Director.  For example, a Nurse Aide can address a concern to his or her charge nurse, then to the Neighborhood Manager, then to the Director of Nursing, and to the Executive Director if necessary to resolve a concern.

Employee's who report suspected violations, crimes and concerns shall do so wiithout fear of retaliation or discipline action.  

At any time, a staff member may contact or visit the Human Resource Director for assistance.
